Behavioural and Psycho traits matrix in Gen z in formal workplace Settings

Abstract

Introduction: In the new millennium when the human civilization has turned folds with another level of human traits and developmental capacities based on the behavioural transections of different group of generations. Generation Z (Gen Z), also referred as iGen, postmillennial or zoomers, this term Generation Z refers to the demographic cohort following Millennials and preceding Generation Alpha, generally defined as people born between 1997 and 2012. If we take stat for the age graph, it ranges from 13 years to 28 years in 2025. This paper focuses on the study of behavioural and other psychological traits of post millennials or Generation Z.
